Article 1: Definitions 1.1. Company: Alpha Renewable Wholesale UK Ltd, located at 6 Brampton, G75 8XL, East Kilbride, UNITED KINGDOM, registered with VAT number 426 417 991. 1.2. Customer: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the Company for the supply of products and/or services. 1.3. Agreement: The agreement between the Company and the Customer for the supply of products and/or services in the field of renewable energy. 1.4. Products: The products offered by the Company, such as solar panels, wind turbines, and other equipment related to renewable energy. 1.5. Services: The services offered by the Company, such as consultancy, advisory, and maintenance in the field of renewable energy.

Article 2: Applicability 2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of products and services by the Company. 2.2. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing between the Company and the Customer.

Article 3: Offers and Quotations 3.1. All offers and quotations from the Company are without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise. 3.2. The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers and quotations within 14 days after issuance.

Article 4: Prices and Payment 4.1. All prices are exclusive of VAT and other government levies unless stated otherwise. 4.2. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise. 4.3. In the event of late payment, the Customer owes an interest of 1% per month on the outstanding amount.

Article 5: Delivery 5.1. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Delays in delivery do not entitle the Customer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. 5.2. The Company is entitled to make partial deliveries.

Article 6: Warranty and Maintenance 6.1. The Company offers a warranty of [X] years on products unless stated otherwise in the product description. 6.2. Maintenance services are only provided if expressly agreed upon and at the applicable rates.

Article 7: Liability 7.1. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or services by the Customer. 7.2. The Company is not liable for indirect damage, such as business damage or lost profits.

Article 8: Disputes and Applicable Law 8.1. All agreements between the Company and the Customer are governed by UK law. 8.2. Disputes will initially be submitted to the competent court in East Kilbride.

Article 9: Amendments and Severability 9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. Amendments take effect after publication on the Company's website. 9.2. If any provision in these terms is deemed null or voidable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
